For the Buyer:  Prior to closing we will inspect your entire home. There are times that hidden problems will be uncovered. The time to find these problems is before you sign the dotted line. We know how quickly the deal can move from the time you make an offer to the time you are scheduled for closing. Therefore, I am available on short notice and also schedule weekend and evening appointments. I am often asked if the buyer is required to be present. You do not have to be there for the inspection but you are encouraged to follow me the through the inspection process as you will gain valuable knowledge about the workings of your new home. All utilities MUST be on at the time of the inspection. You will receive a written report along with digital pictures as to the findings of the inspection.

For the Seller: Once you have made the decision to place your home on the market, a home inspection will give you an added insight as to what the potential buyers will look for when viewing your home. The same care is given to the seller as all aspects of the home are inspected. This can be used as a bonus selling point or bargaining chip in that you have a completed written report to show the condition of your home. You will receive a written report along with digital photos as to the findings of the inspection.

For the Lender: Many mortgage companies require that their investment be protected prior to funding a home loan. I will accomodate this by providing the same in depth inspection. A written report along with digital photos will be provided.

For Peace of Mind: Even if you are not going to sell your home, at some point you may just want to know that all is well with your home. I will provide a thorough inspection and give you a written report along with digital photos.
