Here is where we get into the great debate. As you will find, my pricing will be at the lower end of most inspectors. I assure you that it is not because we don't do as thorough of an inspection as others. We will spend as much time inspecting your home as if we were doing it for ourselves. This is not my only source of income either, so I am able to cut some of the costs associated with other businesses. I do not belong to any outside organizations and therefore don't have to pass that expense on to you. I am fully insured!

My pricing is simple.

Any home under 3000 sq ft. is priced at $225.00

Any home over 3000 sq. ft. is priced at $300.00

There is no added charge for crawling under the house or inspecting out buildings or detached garages.

I do not do termite inspections at this time.
